目的 探索血氧深入图像分析技术对患儿组织缺氧的判断作用。方法 按照氧的摄入、运送、释放功能的变化 ,采用各类血氧状态指标分类方法 ,对 2 2 0例患儿动脉血氧深入图像分析资料进行统计。结果 发生氧摄入功能障碍 74例次 (33 6 % ) ,氧运送功能障碍 135例次 (6 1 4% ) ,氧释放功能障碍 12 3例次 (5 5 9% ) ,氧效应分析判断组织缺氧 144例次 (6 5 5 % )。结论 血氧深入图像分析技术能反映氧的摄入、运送、释放功能变化 ;综合氧摄入、运送、释放功能的代偿效应 ,能准确判断组织氧供状态
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of blood oxygen in-depth image analysis on hypoxia in children. Methods According to the change of intake, delivery and release of oxygen, various types of indexes of blood oxygenation were used to analyze the data of arterial oxygen in-depth image analysis of 220 children. RESULTS: Totally 74 cases (33.6%) had oxygen intake dysfunction, 135 cases (61.4%) had oxygen transport dysfunction, 123 cases (55.9%) had oxygen release dysfunction, Hypoxia 144 cases (65.5%). Conclusion In-depth image analysis of oxygen can reflect the changes of oxygen intake, transport and release functions. By comprehensive compensation of oxygen intake, transport and release functions, it can accurately determine the state of tissue oxygen supply
