孔子曰:“不学礼,无以立。”从儿童的启蒙阶段进行社会交往的礼仪教育,就能更深入地使礼仪成为幼儿内在素质的一部分。一、创设环境1.幼儿园教师文明礼仪行为的提升培训(1)个人礼仪。如:幼儿园教师着装要表达的是尊重、美丽、自信、高雅、大方,不穿露背、低胸及露肚脐等过于性感服装,不穿紧身衣服,不穿拖鞋或者光着脚穿皮鞋上课等。(2)交往礼仪。如:公共场所礼仪、办公室礼仪、握手礼仪、接待家长访客的礼仪、接打电话的礼仪等。2.开展家长文明礼仪行为学习培训班家长们非常重视这样的培训,不仅自己的文明形象得到提升,最重要的是以身作则,为孩子们做好示范表率的作用。
