目的建立基本符合脂肪肝临床发病特征的家鸭脂肪肝模型,并对建模条件进行优化。方法建立两种家鸭脂肪肝模型并进行对比分析。两种模型分别为短时间(28d)高剂量高糖饮食(100 g.d-1)法(模型I)和长时间(49d)低剂量高糖饮食(50 g.d-1)法(模型Ⅱ),通过考查体重、血清脂质、血糖、肝脏脂质、肝脏病理形态学等指标进行评价。结果两个模型组家鸭体重、肝指数、血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血糖均高于空白对照组,且存在大量肝细胞脂肪变性,模型Ⅰ组肝TG高于空白对照组。结论两种方法均可建立脂肪肝家鸭模型,模型I优于模型Ⅱ。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of domestic fatty liver which is basically in line with the clinical features of fatty liver and to optimize the modeling conditions. Methods Two domestic duck fatty liver models were established and compared. The two models were the high dose high glucose diet (model I) and the low dose high glucose diet (model Ⅱ) for a long time (49 days) Body weight, serum lipids, blood glucose, liver lipids, liver pathology and other indicators were evaluated. Results Body weight, liver index, serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and blood glucose of ducks in two model groups were higher than those in blank control group, and there were a large number of fatty degeneration in hepatocytes. Liver TG of model group Ⅰ was higher than that of blank control group. Conclusion Both methods can establish fatty liver duck model, model I is better than model Ⅱ.
