运用彩色金相、金属热处理和合金化等方面的理论,对ZG40CrMnSi耐磨钢衬板的失效进行了分析,结果表明淬火加热不足、保温时间较长使钢石墨化,而且其中保留的铸造树枝状晶及魏氏组织是导致脆性断裂的主要原因。
The failure of ZG40CrMnSi wear-resistant steel liner was analyzed by using the theory of color metallography, metal heat treatment and alloying. The results showed that the failure of quenching was insufficient and the holding time was longer, which made the steel graphitized, and the casting dendrite Crystal and Wei’s organization is the main reason leading to brittle fracture.
