本文建立了创新活动产出与创新活动投入体系,根据熵值和TOPSIS物元模型,根据《中国高技术产业统计年鉴2015》中的数据,对中部六省的高技术产业创新驱动绩效进行评判分析。通过正负理想解以及贴近度值的分析,结果表明:河南省、湖北省、湖南省的综合绩效得分分别位列一、二、三位,山西省排名倒数第一,说明了经济产出指标对创新驱动绩效的高低有着直接的影响,并且从投入产出两方面对各省提出了发展高技术产业的对策方法。
Based on the entropy and TOPSIS matter-element model, according to the data in “China High-tech Industry Statistical Yearbook 2015”, this paper evaluates and analyzes the innovation-driven performance of high-tech industry in six provinces in central China. . Through the analysis of the positive and negative ideal solutions and the closeness values, the results show that the comprehensive performance scores of Henan, Hubei and Hunan are ranked first, second and third, respectively, and the ranking of Shanxi Province is the lowest, indicating that the economic output index It has a direct impact on the level of innovation-driven performance, and proposed solutions to the development of high-tech industries from two aspects of input-output.
