目的建立三黄颗粒HPLC指纹图谱,通过化学模式识别方法全面评价其内在质量。方法采用HPLC方法,确定了19个批次三黄颗粒指纹图谱的31个共有峰,明确鉴定了其中7个共有峰的化学成分,采用指纹图谱相似度评价,结合主成分分析和聚类分析对解放军202医院生产的19批三黄颗粒的质量进行评价。结果 19批三黄颗粒样品图谱与对照图谱比较,除4个样品外,其他样品相似度均大于0.75。主成分分析与聚类分析均可将该检验的19批三黄颗粒很好的分为3类,且分类结果一致。结论所建立的HPLC指纹分析方法高效、稳定,结合化学模式识别研究可有助于三黄颗粒整体质量控制,同时为其质量评价提供一种有效手段。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprint of Sanhuang granules and evaluate its intrinsic quality through chemical pattern recognition. Methods The HPLC method was used to determine the 31 common peaks of 19 batches of Sanhuang particles. The chemical components of seven common peaks were clearly identified. The similarity of fingerprint was evaluated by principal component analysis and cluster analysis People’s Liberation Army 202 Hospital 19 batches of Sanhuang particles were evaluated. Results 19 batches of Sanhuang particles compared with the control atlas map, with the exception of the four samples, the similarity of other samples were greater than 0.75. The principal component analysis and cluster analysis can be divided into 19 categories of Sanhuang particles of the test can be divided into three categories, and the classification results are consistent. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprinting method is efficient, stable and combined with chemical pattern recognition can contribute to the overall quality control of Sanhuang granules and provide an effective means for its quality evaluation.
