近年来,由于电站锅炉向大容量、高参数发展,其锅炉汽包壁也愈来愈厚,一台300MW锅炉的汽包壁厚可达203mm。而常规的埋弧焊和电渣焊焊接方法和技术已不能适应需要,要寻找一种在质量上、经济上都合理的焊接方法。窄间隙埋弧焊技术是国内外近几年发展起来的一种新工艺,在国内已使用在厚壁锅筒及高压容器的纵、环缝焊接中。
In recent years, due to the high capacity and high parameter development of power plant boilers, the drum wall of the boiler is getting thicker and thicker, and the drum wall thickness of a 300MW boiler can reach 203mm. The conventional submerged arc welding and electroslag welding methods and techniques have been unable to meet the need to find a quality, economically reasonable welding method. Narrow gap submerged arc welding technology is developed at home and abroad in recent years, a new technology has been used in the domestic thick-walled drum and pressure vessel longitudinal and circumferential seam welding.
