目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和TC/HDL-C联合检测对冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(CHD)的诊断价值。方法对236例CHD患者和50例健康对照者进血清hs-CRP、Lp(a)、TC、HDL-C测定及分析。结果 CHD患者hs-CRP、Lp(a)和TC/HDL-C比值含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。联合应用hs-CRP、Lp(a)和TC/HDL-C比值的诊断敏感度(94.5%)高于分别应用hs-CRP(85.6%)、Lp(a)(82.3)和TC/HDL-C(76.2)的诊断敏感度(P<0.05)。结论联合应用hs-CRP、Lp(a)和TC/HDL-C更有助于冠心病的早期诊断。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of hs-CRP, lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)] and TC / HDL-C in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) Methods Serum levels of hs-CRP, Lp (a), TC, HDL-C in 236 CHD patients and 50 healthy controls were measured and analyzed. Results The levels of hs-CRP, Lp (a) and TC / HDL-C in patients with CHD were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The diagnostic sensitivity (94.5%) of hs-CRP, Lp (a) and TC / HDL-C was significantly higher than that of hs-CRP alone (85.6%), Lp (a) (76.2) diagnostic sensitivity (P <0.05). Conclusions Combination of hs-CRP, Lp (a) and TC / HDL-C is more helpful for the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
