按照地铁车辆检修工艺的要求,以及车辆段检修能力的实际情况,设计了用于车辆段空调检修后的性能试验装置。通过检测压缩机、通风机的电气参数和进出风的风量、温度等参数,对空调性能进行评价,确保检修后的空调机组能够满足车辆运行的需要。整个试验过程由计算机控制自动完成,实现了空调的高效、可靠的评价,为车辆段空调检修提供了有效地保障。
In accordance with the requirements of the subway vehicle overhauling technology and the actual condition of the overhauling capability of the vehicle section, a performance testing device for air-condition overhaul of the vehicle section is designed. By detecting the compressor, the electrical parameters of the ventilator and the air volume and temperature of the inlet and outlet air, the performance of the air conditioner is evaluated to ensure that the air conditioner after the overhaul can meet the needs of the vehicle operation. The entire test process is automatically completed by the computer control to achieve an efficient and reliable air-conditioning evaluation for the maintenance of the vehicle section air-conditioning to provide an effective protection.
