本院2005年收治原发不孕合并腹茧症3例,分析如下。1病历摘要例1:32岁,婚后8 a同居未孕,男方精液检查正常。既往史1997年患阑尾炎行手术,术中情况不详。4 a前于当地医院通液提示双侧通畅,查体无异常。腔内超声提示双侧输卵管扩张积液。HSG:双输卵管扩张积液伞端粘连包裹。入院诊 Hospital in 2005 admitted to the primary infertility with abdominal cocoon in 3 cases, analyzed as follows.
