基于ProCAST软件,对A356铝合金铸件的充型、凝固过程及微观组织的演变进行模拟预测,以建立合理的铸造工艺参数,提高模拟的准确度与可靠性,进而指导产品的工业化生产。实验结果表明:充型、凝固及微观组织的模拟结果均与实验结果相吻合。利用ProCAST的CAFE模块,通过建立合理的体形核密度及过冷度可以实现对A356铝合金细化前后的晶粒度预测。
Based on ProCAST software, the filling and solidification process and microstructure evolution of A356 aluminum alloy castings were simulated and predicted to establish reasonable casting process parameters and improve the simulation accuracy and reliability, and then to guide the industrial production of the products. The experimental results show that the simulation results of filling, solidification and microstructure are consistent with the experimental results. Using ProCAST’s CAFE module, grain size prediction of A356 aluminum alloy before and after refinement can be achieved by establishing reasonable bulk density and undercooling.
