目的 :探讨作为中药狼毒来源之一的月腺大戟根的生药学鉴别特征。方法 :采用性状、显微和薄层色谱等鉴别方法。结果 :月腺大戟根木质部中存在复合维管束 ,略呈同心环状排列。薄壁组织中分布有石细胞及乳汁管 ,乳汁管内含黄色分泌物。在薄层色谱中可检出β -谷甾醇及 2 4-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇。结论 :根木质部中的复合维管束、石细胞、含黄色分泌物的乳汁管及薄层色谱结果可作为月腺大戟根鉴别的主要依据。
Objective : To explore the biopharmaceutical identification characteristics of the root of Erythrina macrophylla, one of the sources of Euphorbia pekinensis. Methods : Characters, microscopic and thin layer chromatographic methods were used. Results : The composite vascular bundles existed in the roots of the roots of E. grandis, and they were arranged in a concentric circle. The parenchyma is distributed with stone cells and milk tubes, and the milk tubes contain yellow secretions. Beta-sitosterol and 2 4-methylene cycloaltinol can be detected by thin layer chromatography. Conclusion : The composite vascular bundles in root xylem, stone cells, milk tubes with yellow secretions, and thin-layer chromatographic results can be used as the main basis for identifying the roots of E. grandis.
