苏联进入50年代以来,为适应钢铁工业高速度稳步发展的需要,铁矿石的烧结生产也得到了高速度发展。从60年代开始,苏联烧结矿的生产能力一直居世界领先地位。近20年来,虽然积极发展球团矿生产,但烧结矿仍然是高炉炉料的主要铁矿石组分,其入炉比平均在70%左右。苏联发展烧结矿的主要途径是:烧结机大型化,改造原有设备;改进烧结工艺,强化烧结过程;提高原料质量,完善冷却和整粒系统。
Since the Soviet Union entered the 1950s, to meet the needs of the steady and rapid development of the iron and steel industry, the sintering production of iron ore has also witnessed rapid development. Since the 1960s, the production capacity of Soviet Union sinter has been the world leader. In the past 20 years, while actively developing pellet production, sinter is still the main iron ore component of blast furnace charge, with an average ratio of about 70%. The main ways for the Soviet Union to develop sinter are: large-scale sintering machine, transformation of the original equipment; improve the sintering process, and strengthen the sintering process; improve the quality of raw materials, improve the cooling and whole grain system.
