高效率的知识分享是企业软实力的重要组成部分,对提高员工素质具有重要作用,但如何提升知识分享的效率却普遍困扰着企业。本文以我国华南地区企业为调查对象,就组织信任对知识分享的直接和间接影响进行了实证考察,系统验证并量化测度了组织信任、工作满意和知识分享之间的建构效度。研究结果显示:组织信任对知识分享行为具有显著正向影响,而工作满意在组织信任和知识分享之间发挥着显著正向效应。
Efficient knowledge sharing is an important part of the enterprise’s soft power, which plays an important role in improving the quality of employees. However, how to improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing has generally plagued the enterprises. This paper, based on the investigation of enterprises in South China, conducts an empirical study on the direct and indirect impact of organizational trust on knowledge sharing, systematically verifies and quantifies the constructive validity of organizational trust, job satisfaction and knowledge sharing. The results show that organizational trust has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior, while job satisfaction plays a significant positive role in organizational trust and knowledge sharing.
