When hiring senior management, hospitals should keep in mind four points, including allowing the applicants to understand the hospital, evaluate their positions with new eyes, widely spread the net, and avoid taking too long and affecting the hospital operation. Earlier in 2004, the Baltimore Charity Medical Service Center publicly recruited the senior vice minister of human resources. At the same time, the two neighboring hospitals are also recruiting relevant personnel.
