1990年7月25～29日全国冶金科技期刊主编研讨会在天津召开。冶金部部属期刊、部分省属和厂(矿)企业期刊共45个期刊编辑部的主编(代表)、冶金部科技司和冶金部情报标准研究总所的有关领导计56人出席了会议。会议主要围绕认真贯彻执行“冶金部科技期刊编排规则”、法定计量单位、期刊论文提要的编写、及提高刊物质量的经验等课题进行了研讨和经验交流。会议特邀中华医学会杂志社社长廖有谋编审和冶金部情报总所严关宝编审分别作了“选题组稿、审稿与定稿”和“论文摘要和主题词的编写”的专题学术报告。

Metallurgical Ministry subordinate periodicals, some provinces and factories (mining) enterprise journals a total of 45 journals editorial department editor (representative), the Ministry of Metallurgical Science and Technology and the Ministry of Metallurgical Information Standards Institute of the total of 56 leaders attended the meeting. The conference mainly discussed and exchanging experiences on such topics as conscientiously implementing the “Rules for Orchestration of Sci-tech Periodicals of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry”, preparation of statutory units of measurement, compilation of periodicals and abstracts, and experience in improving the quality of publications. The conference invited LIAO You-Mou, the editor-in-chief of the Chinese Medical Association magazine and the chief academic officer of the Ministry of Metallurgical Affairs, Yan Guanbao, respectively to make special academic reports on “selecting the manuscripts, reviewing and finalizing the manuscripts” and “writing abstracts and key words.”
