抛射图是抛丸器的主要技术性能之一。它反映了弹丸抛射区的范围、弹丸的分布状态及热区位置。是抛丸设备设计中正确布置抛丸器,确定被清理铸件最佳位置的依据。抛射图的测试方法目前有现场法(靶板法)和实验室法(耐火砖法、钢棒法等),前者简单易行,但只能定性测定抛射图;后者可以定量地反映抛射图,但测试周期长,精度低、工作量大,应用较少。本文提出一种电测技术,通过测试抛丸打击力定量测定抛射图的新方法。文中提出并分析了弹丸分布密度和抛丸打击力的概念及测试方法,实测了自吸进丸抛丸器的抛射图,取得较好效果。
Projectile shot blasting is one of the main technical performance. It reflects the projectile projectile range, projectile distribution and hot zone location. Blasting equipment design is the correct layout of the shot blasting machine, to determine the best location to be cleaned casting basis. Projectile test methods currently exist in the field method (plate method) and the laboratory method (refractory brick method, steel rod method, etc.), the former is simple, but only qualitative determination of the projectile; the latter can quantitatively reflect the projective pattern , But the test cycle is long, low accuracy, heavy workload, less application. In this paper, we propose a new method of quantitative measurement of projectile by testing shot blasting. In this paper, the concept and testing methods of projectile distribution density and shot blasting force are proposed and analyzed. Projectile maps of self-priming shot blasting machine are measured and achieved good results.
