目的:阐述HJURP基因(holliday junction recognition protein)在头颈部癌及正常组织中的表达及对预后影响。方法:挖掘Oncomine数据库中头颈部癌HJURP基因相关数据,并结合ArrayExpress中芯片数据集进行生存分析。结果:Oncomine数据库中,针对不同癌症,HJURP基因癌组织/正常组织表达量分析共有383个结果,其中在癌组织中显著高表达的有125个结果,低表达的仅18个结果。有13个数据集共27个分析涉及HJURP在头颈部癌组织/正常组织中的表达,其中8个分析结果显示HJURP在头颈部癌组织中显著高表达,仅一个分析结果显示其在癌组织中低表达。通过对ArrayExpress中E-TABM-302芯片数据集生存分析表明,HJURP的表达量与预后存在明显负相关性,即HJURP表达量越高,总体生存越差。结论:通过整合Oncomine芯片数据和生存相关芯片数据,首次提出HJURP在头颈部癌中高表达且对预后有不良影响,为肿瘤药物的开发提供了潜在靶点。
Objective: To describe the expression of HJURP gene (holliday junction recognition protein) in head and neck cancer and normal tissues and its prognostic impact. Methods: The data of HJURP gene in Oncomine database were excised and analyzed with the ArrayExpress chipset. RESULTS: There were 383 results in Oncomine database for HJURP gene cancer / normal tissues for different cancers, of which 125 were highly expressed in cancerous tissues and only 18 were low expressed. Thirteen datasets A total of 27 analyzes involving the expression of HJURP in head and neck cancer tissues / normal tissues showed that 8 of the analyzes showed that HJURP was highly expressed in head and neck cancer tissues, and only one analysis showed that it was localized in the cancer Low expression in tissues. The survival analysis of E-TABM-302 chipset in ArrayExpress showed that there was a significant negative correlation between the expression of HJURP and the prognosis. The higher the HJURP expression, the poorer the overall survival. Conclusion: By integrating Oncomine chip data and survival-related chip data, it is first proposed that HJURP is highly expressed in head and neck cancer and has an adverse effect on prognosis, thus providing a potential target for the development of oncology drugs.
