A series of activities before and after the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party by Dai Jitao had a significant impact on the deliberation, establishment and breakdown of the Kuomintang-Communist cooperation. The article aims to probe into the relationship between Dai Jitao and the first Kuomintang-Communist cooperation, and on the basis of this, analyzes the reasons why Dai Jitao’s attitudes change before and after the first Kuomintang-Communist cooperation, so as to understand the contradictions in the first Kuomintang-Communist cooperation more objectively struggle.
