二白皮系四川省成都农家品种,我县从1984年引进,经6年多点试种和示范推广,普遍反映良好。经有关专家现场鉴定,一致认为该品种具有耐热抗病、生长期短,生长量大,外形美观,品质佳,产量高,适应性广等特点,比本地主栽圆叶种增产30％,经济效益显著。目前已成为我省秋莴笋的主栽品种。近几年来,我们对该品种进行了一些丰产栽培技术的探讨,现总结如下:
