以具有较大长细比反应器的某石化装置钢结构框架为对象,利用脉动法对框架动力特性、反应器的振动特性及结构的动力响应进行了测试,分析框架振动异常原因。构造激励波,采用ANSYS软件对设备、结构作整体有限元模型分析,提出合理处治方案,并与实测结果进行对比。结果表明,支撑在钢框架上的具有较高长细比的设备,生产期间因设备内部物料状态的改变引起的设备及支撑框架的振动,设计时宜做反应器和框架整体动力分析和评价。
The frame structure of a petrochemical plant with a larger slenderness ratio reactor is taken as the object. The dynamic characteristics of the frame, the vibration characteristics of the reactor and the dynamic response of the structure are tested by the pulsation method, and the cause of the frame vibration anomaly is analyzed. The excitation wave was constructed. The ANSYS software was used to analyze the equipment and structure as a whole. The reasonable treatment plan was put forward and compared with the measured results. The results show that the equipment with high slenderness ratio supported on the steel frame and the vibration of the equipment and supporting frame caused by the change of material status during the production should be designed and evaluated.
