小组合作学习是一种课堂教学策略,它是将班级学生按一定要求组合成学习小组,在教师指导下,学生主动参与的一种任务式学习活动。小组合作学习的目的是通过小组合作学习的形式,减轻学生学习的心理压力,增强学生的参与度,落实学生的主体地位,提高学习效果。小组合作不仅能充分发挥学生主体意识,发掘个人内在潜能,又能培养学生的团体合作和意识,生生互动,师生互动,变单向交流为合作、多向交流。笔者结合教学实际,畅谈了初中地理教学中践行小组合作学习模式的体会,值得大家关注。
Group cooperative learning is a kind of classroom teaching strategy. It is a task-based learning activity in which students in a class are combined into learning groups according to certain requirements, and the students take the initiative to participate under the guidance of the teacher. The purpose of the group cooperative learning is to reduce the psychological pressure on students’ learning through the form of group cooperative learning, enhance students’ participation, implement the main position of students, and improve the learning effect. Group cooperation can not only give full play to the students’ subjective awareness, explore their internal potential, but also foster students’ group cooperation and awareness, student-student interaction, teacher-student interaction, and changing one-way communication into cooperation and multi-directional communication. Combining with the teaching reality, the author discussed the experience of practicing the group cooperative learning mode in junior high school geography teaching, which deserves our attention.
