以经济建设为中心,建立社会主义市场经济体制,给成人教育的改革和发展提出了许多新的课题。如何积极主动适应这一时代要求,已引起了成人教育工作者的思考。笔者认为,通过宏观调控,优化教育结构,发挥办学整体效益,使地区性成人教育培训体系社会化,不失为是一条较好的思路。本文结合昆山地区的实际,想就这一问题提出一些构想。 Taking economic construction as the center and establishing a socialist market economic system have put forward many new topics for the reform and development of adult education. How to actively adapt to the requirements of this era has aroused the thinking of adult education workers. The author believes that it is a better idea that through macro-control, optimizing the structure of education, giving full play to the effectiveness of running a school and socializing a regional adult education and training system. This article, combined with the actual Kunshan area, would like to put forward some ideas on this issue.
