油炸食品深受人们喜爱,色泽金黄,香脆可口,成为不少人的方便早餐。目前应该提醒的是:有些人几乎天天吃油条、糖糕,这样长期频繁食用对健康无益。因油炸食品不但严重地破坏油和食品中的营养素,尤其反复使用的油炸食品更甚。而且会产生对人体有害的物质,甚至可能诱发癌症。
Deep-fried foods loved by people, golden color, crisp and delicious, as many people’s breakfast. At present, it should be reminded that: Some people eat fried dough sticks and sugar cakes almost daily, so that frequent long-term consumption is not good for health. Because fried foods not only severely damage the nutrients in the oil and food, especially the repeated use of fried foods even worse. But also produces substances that are harmful to the human body and may even induce cancer.
