基于浮法抛光和磨料射流抛光原理提出了一种动压浮动间隙自适应射流抛光方法以实现工件的非接触超低损伤加工,并进行了加工装置的结构优化设计。该装置主要由浮动加载机构、射流旋转结构和动压抛光盘组成。通过控制射流喷射压力和恒定加载载荷可以实现加工过程中的间隙自适应,稳定去除工件材料。利用该抛光装置可以在获得优良的表面质量的同时保持良好的面形精度。
Based on the principles of float polishing and abrasive jet polishing, an adaptive jet polishing method with dynamic pressure and floating clearance was proposed to realize the non-contact and ultra-low damage processing of the workpiece, and the structural optimization design of the processing device was also carried out. The device is mainly composed of a floating loading mechanism, a jet rotating structure and a dynamic pressure polishing disc. By controlling jet injection pressure and constant load can be achieved during the process of adaptive gap, stable removal of the workpiece material. With this polishing apparatus, it is possible to obtain good surface quality while maintaining good surface profile accuracy.
