基于对竞争力理论和对旅游景区共性问题的分析,构建了景区核心竞争力评价指标体系,提出建立学习型组织、提供优质服务、加强文化内涵挖掘,注重品牌建设,重视人力资源开发等提升旅游景区核心竞争力的有效对策。
