美国1984年HELEY的研究结果表明,每年因医院感染所造成的经济损失近10亿美元;西德每年有5～10亿马克的费用花在医院感染上。近年来,我国对医院感染所耗经济损失问题也有所报道,但各不相同,这与调查者所调查的人群和当地的医疗收费标准不同有关。本文对我院发生的44例医院感染病例进行了调查分析。
The United States’ 1984 HELEY study showed that the annual economic losses caused by nosocomial infections are nearly one billion U.S. dollars; West Germany spends 5-10 billion U.S. dollars per year on hospital infections. In recent years, there have been reports of economic losses in hospital infections in China. However, they differ from each other. This is related to the surveyed population and different local medical charges. This article investigated 44 cases of nosocomial infections in our hospital.
