针对卫星总装工艺流程复杂多变、采集数据种类多、集成管理要求高等特点,设计了一种卫星总装过程数据采集和管理系统,研究了基于装配流程和要素的数据采集方法、数据记录表格柔性化定制、基于条码和RFID的信息自动采集、数字化装备采集数据在线集成、多源异构采集数据集成管理等关键技术,并介绍了系统实现方法和主要功能。该系统已成功应用于多个卫星型号研制中,应用效果良好。
Aiming at the complex and changeable process of satellite assembly process, many kinds of data collection and high requirements of integrated management, a data collection and management system for satellite assembly process was designed. The data collection method based on assembly process and elements was studied. The data record table was flexible Customization, barcode-based and RFID-based automatic information collection, digital equipment data collection online integration, multi-source heterogeneous collection data integration management and other key technologies, and introduced the system implementation methods and main functions. The system has been successfully applied to the development of a number of satellite models, the application effect is good.
