国民经济的迅速发展与进步,极大地促进了我国汽车4S店的稳定发展,基于平衡计分卡,主要从财务、顾客、内部流程以及学习与成长等四个维度来加强关键绩效指标的设计,这已经得到了越来越多人的重视,能够推动汽车4S店战略目标的实现,在绩效管理领域具有广泛的发展前景。本文主要针对基于平衡计分卡的4S店关键绩效指标的设计展开深入的研究,并提出几点针对可行的建议。
The rapid development and progress of the national economy have greatly promoted the steady development of automobile 4S stores in our country. Based on the Balanced Scorecard, the design of key performance indicators has been strengthened from the four dimensions of finance, customers, internal processes and learning and growth. This has been more and more people’s attention, can promote the realization of the strategic goals of the car 4S shop, in the field of performance management has a wide range of development prospects. This article mainly focuses on the design of key performance indicators of 4S shop based on BSC, and puts forward some suggestions for feasible.
