士官是我军重要的技术和管理骨干,队伍日益扩大,作用越来越突出。本文指出完善的士官法律制度有利于士官队伍的良性发展,而目前我国有关士官的立法还存在许多不足,需要加以完善。 Noncommissioned officers are the backbone of our military’s important technology and management with an ever-expanding contingent of troops and an increasingly prominent role. This article points out that a perfect legal system for non-commissioned officers is conducive to the sound development of the ranks of non-commissioned officers. At present, there are still many deficiencies in the legislation concerning non-commissioned officers in our country and it needs to be perfected.
