目的 研究康复训练对脑梗死大鼠大脑皮质 Fos,Hsp70表达的影响 .方法 采用 6 0只 SD大鼠制作脑梗死模型 ;1d后随机分为康复组和制动组 ;康复组每天给予平衡、抓握、旋转、行走等训练 ,制动组置于网状笼内固定 ,各组在 1,7,14,2 1和 2 8d检测 Fos,Hsp70蛋白表达 .结果 康复组和制动组大鼠大脑皮质出现 Fos和 Hsp70阳性反应神经元 ,康复组反应明显较制动组强 ,对侧较梗死侧多 .结论 康复训练可激活脑梗死大鼠大脑梗死灶周围和对侧相应皮质神经元功能 ,促进运动功能恢复 .
Objective To study the effects of rehabilitation training on the expression of Fos and Hsp70 in the cerebral cortex of cerebral infarction rats.Methods Sixty SD rats were used to make cerebral infarction models and were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and braking group one day later.The rehabilitation group was given daily balance The rats in the rehabilitation group and the braking group were brainscrewed, and the rats in the rehabilitation group and the braking group Cortical Fos and Hsp70-positive neurons, the response of the rehabilitation group was significantly stronger than that of the brake group and the contralateral side was more than that of the infarct side.Conclusion Rehabilitation training can activate the function of corresponding cortical neurons around the cerebral infarction and contralateral cerebral infarction in rats, Motor function recovery.
