北京西单地铁车站,是我国首次采用浅埋暗挖法在大城市主干道上修建的双层大跨度地铁工程,因其规模宏伟、技术复杂,被誉为“国内首创、世界一流”。在这项工程的招标中,铁道部第十六工程局一举中标。为了高质量、高速度地完成这项任务,他们发扬人民解放军思想政治工作的优良传统,在依靠科学技术攻克工程难关的同时,大力加强思想政治工作,保证了工程的顺利进展。地铁西单站是个“多边”工程。
Beijing Xidan metro station is the first large-span metro project to be built in the main roads of major cities by using shallow-buried tunneling method in China. Due to its grand scale and complicated technology, it is honored as “the first in China and the first in the world”. In the bidding for this project, the 16th Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways won the bid in one fell swoop. In order to accomplish this task with high quality and at high speed, they have carried forward the fine tradition of the PLA’s ideological and political work. While relying on science and technology to overcome the difficulties in the project, they vigorously strengthened their ideological and political work and ensured the smooth progress of the project. Metro Xidan Station is a “multilateral” project.
