对比TBPA阻燃羊毛与非阻燃羊毛在不同温度下的红外光谱(IR)可以看到:阻燃羊毛在340℃时-CH_n吸收峰(2950~2899cm~(-1))和-NH_m吸收峰(1580~1490cm~(-1))已经消失,而到400℃时非阻燃羊毛中的-CH_n和-NH_m峰仍然存在。我们得出结论:溴不仅在气相发挥阻燃作用,而且通过氢转移阻燃机理在气-固两相同时发挥阻燃作用。
Compared with infrared spectroscopy (IR) of TBPA flame-retardant wool and non-flame-retardant wool at different temperatures, it can be seen that -CH42 absorption peak (2950-2899cm -1) and -NH_m absorption peak (1580 ~ 1490cm ~ (-1)) disappeared, but the peak of -CH_n and -NH_m in non-flame-retardant wool still existed at 400 ℃. We conclude that bromine not only plays the role of flame retardancy in the gas phase, but also functions as a flame retardant in the gas-solid two-phase by the hydrogen transfer flame retardant mechanism.
