以碳五(C5)、碳九(C9)石油树脂为原料,经马来酸酐加成改性后采用常压转相乳化法制备了改性石油树脂乳液。研究了物料用量、乳化剂、温度、分散工艺等因素对产品性能的影响。结果表明:马来酸酐和石蜡用量分别为改性树脂质量的8%和6%,阳/非离子表面活性剂配比为3∶2,用量为改性树脂质量的8%,马来酸酐与石油树脂的加成温度为180℃左右,乳化温度为150~160℃,转相温度为90~100℃,采用锚式搅拌制得了可用于浆内施胶的稳定乳液。同时对产品性能进行了表征。
A modified petroleum resin emulsion was prepared by carbonylation of C5 and C9 petroleum resin by atmospheric emulsification after modification by maleic anhydride. The effect of material amount, emulsifier, temperature, dispersion process and other factors on product performance was studied. The results showed that the dosage of maleic anhydride and paraffin were 8% and 6% of the modified resin, the ratio of cationic to nonionic surfactant was 3: 2, the amount of maleic anhydride and paraffin was 8% of the modified resin, The addition temperature of petroleum resin is about 180 ℃, the emulsification temperature is 150 ~ 160 ℃, the phase transition temperature is 90 ~ 100 ℃. At the same time the product performance was characterized.
