CB3232程控双转塔车床采用电气控制、液压驱动、机械传动、插孔预选工作程序指令,全机可半自动工作循环。该机床主要由床头箱,转塔刀架,后刀架,液压传动等部分组成。 1.原控制系统中存在的不足 CB3232车床采用基本逻辑型顺序控制,利用二极管矩阵可以灵活改变程序。它有以下缺点。 (1)所有执行电器都必须同时接在同一电源上,而且每个电器的通电与不通电是依靠触点的逻辑组合或二极管矩阵的逻辑组合来实现。因此,编制程序和电气控制线路一样,必须要考虑复杂的联锁关系。这样,给编程带来一定困难,也使控制线路更加复杂化。
