本试验以刺五加的茎尖为试验材料,将叶片接种于含有不同种类和浓度激素的培养基上,对其进行不定芽的诱导、芽的继代增殖和生根培养。经直观分析、极差和方差的分析得出结论:刺五加不定芽诱导培养基添加激素种类及其浓度的最佳水平组合为:6-BA1.5 mg/L+NAA0.15 mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L,其平均诱导率可达87.5%。刺五加芽的继代增殖培养基的最佳水平组合为:6-BA1.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+IBA0.3 mg/L,其平均增殖系数可达5,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg/L,其生根率达80.2%。能在短期内快速繁殖出大量苗,为工厂化育苗提供参考。
