体外试验中,采用MTT比色法测定当归醇沉物对小鼠脾及胸腺淋巴细胞增殖功能的影响。结果显示,0. 16~2.50 mg/mL范围内的当归醇沉物能单独或协同 ConA/LPS发挥促进小鼠脾脏及胸腺T、B淋巴细胞增殖的作用。当归醇沉物尚可对抗氢化泼尼松(HP)对ConA诱导的脾脏及胸腺T淋巴细胞的增殖反应的抑制作用。
In vitro, MTT colorimetric assay was used to determine the effects of Angelica sinensis ethanol sinks on proliferation of mouse spleen and thymus lymphocytes. The result shows that 0. In the range of 16~2.50 mg/mL, Angelica sinensis ethanol sinks could act alone or synergistically with ConA/LPS to promote the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes in mouse spleen and thymus. Angelica sinensis ethanol sinks can also counteract the inhibitory effect of prednisolone (HP) on ConA-induced proliferation of splenic and thymic T lymphocytes.
