目的:探讨原发性卵巢癌患者手术前后外周血红细胞C3b受体花环及T淋巴细胞亚群变化。方法:对78 例卵巢癌患者手术前后进行外周血C3b花环及T淋巴细胞亚群检测并与健康人30例作比较。结果:卵巢癌患者手术前C3b花环率与T细胞亚群中CD+3,CD+4,CD+4/CD+8比值明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),而CD+8细胞高于正常对照组(P<0.05);手术切除肿瘤2周后,患者C3b花环率、CD+ 3,CD+4,CD+4/CD+8比值均较术前明显升高(P<0.05),CD+8细胞下降(P<0.05)。结论:原发性卵巢癌患者的红细胞及淋巴细胞免疫功能均受到严重抑制,而手术切除癌灶对患者的免疫功能恢复起积极作用,2个免疫系统的改变有密切联系。
Objective: To investigate the changes of C3b receptor rosette and T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral erythrocytes in patients with primary ovarian cancer before and after operation. Methods: A total of 78 patients with ovarian cancer before and after surgery C3b rosette and T lymphocyte subsets were detected and compared with 30 healthy subjects. Results: The ratio of C3b, CD + 4, CD + 4 / CD + 8 of C3b in preoperative ovarian cancer patients was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P <0.05), while CD8 + (P <0.05). The ratio of C3b, CD + 3, CD + 4 and CD + 4 / CD + 8 in C3b group was significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.05) CD + 8 cells decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The immune function of erythrocytes and lymphocytes in patients with primary ovarian cancer are severely inhibited. Surgical resection of foci plays a positive role in the recovery of immune function, and the changes of the two immune systems are closely related.
