目的 :研究输精管吻合不育家兔血清睾酮、皮质醇及雌二醇变化。方法 :在复制输精管吻合模型的基础上 ,根据其生育能力的恢复与否分为吻合育组 (VFG)、吻合不育组 (VIG) ,另设同龄输精管结扎组 (VG)和假手术组 (SOG)作为对照。观察了各组的血清甾体类激素的变化。结果 :1血清睾酮含量 :VIG显著低于 VFG和 SOG(P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5) ,VFG显著高于 SOG、VG和 VIG(P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 )。 2血清皮质醇含量及与睾酮含量的相关分析 :VFG的血清皮质醇的含量与 SOG在同一水平上 ;VIG显著地高于 VFG和 SOG(P值均小于 0 .0 1 )。血清皮质醇含量与睾酮间呈显著的负相关关系 (r=- 0 .61 0 8,P<0 .0 1 )。3血清雌二醇 (E2 )含量及其 E2 / T比值 :E2 含量 ,各组虽均于同一水平 (P均大于 0 .0 5)。但是 ,E2 / T比值则差异显著 ,以 VIG为最高 ,VFG为最低。结论 :高皮质醇水平、E2 / T高比值对导致吻合术后不育组睾酮水平下降起重要作用。
Objective: To study the changes of serum testosterone, cortisol and estradiol in sterilized rabbit with vas deferens anastomosis. Methods: According to the anastomosis model of vas deferens, according to their fertility recovery or not, the rats were divided into the anastomosis group (VFG), the anastomosis group (VIG), the same vasectomy group (VG) and sham operation group SOG) as a control. The changes of serum steroid hormones in each group were observed. Serum testosterone levels: VIG was significantly lower than VFG and SOG (P <0.01, P <0.05), VFG was significantly higher than SOG, VG and VIG (P <0.05, P <0 .0 5, P <0 .0 1). 2 serum cortisol content and testosterone content of the correlation analysis: VFG serum cortisol levels and SOG in the same level; VIG significantly higher than VFG and SOG (P values were less than 0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between serum cortisol and testosterone (r = - 0.61 0 8, P <0.01). Serum estradiol (E2) content and its E2 / T ratio: E2 content, although each group were at the same level (P> 0.05). However, the E2 / T ratio was significantly different, with VIG highest and VFG lowest. CONCLUSION: High cortisol level and E2 / T ratio play an important role in the decline of testosterone in infertility patients after anastomosis.
