目的初步探讨磁共振显微线圈(microscopy coil,MC)MR高分辨率成像技术在颞颌关节的应用价值。方法应用优化后的PDWI序列分别用显微线圈和头颈联合线圈颞颌下关节扫描,分别对23名正常志愿者双侧颞颌下关节闭口位磁共振成像,并由3名高年资医师分别对两组线圈图像进行解剖结构的显示进行评分。结果显微线圈在对颞颌下关节盘、关节窝、髁突骨质形态、关节间隙、盘周组织、翼外肌显示具有一定优势(P<0.001);头颈联合线圈较利于外耳道及乳突结构解剖形态显示较好,两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论优化后的PDWI序列在显微线圈成像能较好显示颞颌下关节解剖细节,获得高空间分辨力的优质图像。高分辨MR显微成像技术的应用,能提高颞颌下关节解剖精细结构的显示能力,从而提高诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of MR high resolution imaging in the temporomandibular joint by microscopy coil (MC). Methods The optimized PDWI sequences were respectively scanned by micro-coil and head-neck combined with temporomandibular joint. Twenty-three normal volunteers were subjected to closed-port MR imaging of bilateral TMJ. Three senior physicians The anatomy of both sets of coil images was scored. Results The microcoil had some advantages (P <0.001) in the temporomandibular joint disc, the articular fossa, the condyle bone shape, the joint space, the periosteal tissue and the pterygoid muscle (P <0.001) Structural anatomy showed better, the difference between the two was statistically significant. Conclusion The optimized PDWI sequence can better display the anatomic detail of temporomandibular joint in the imaging of microcoil and acquire high quality image with high spatial resolution. The application of high-resolution MR microscopy can improve the display ability of temporomandibular joint anatomy fine structure, thereby improving the diagnosis.
