采煤机行走轮是行走装置的执行机构,属于易损件。主要失效形式为磨损、塑性变形、齿尖断裂等。对已失效的行走轮进行物理金相检验,并对行走轮材料(18Cr2Ni4WA)的金相组织、硬度进行分析,总结了行走轮失效机理。根据失效机理对18Cr2Ni4WA的热处理工艺提出改进,或者更换行走轮材料,选用强度、耐磨性更高的Cr12MoV,以提高齿轨轮的使用寿命。

The physical and metallographic examination of the failed walking wheel was carried out. The microstructure and hardness of the walking wheel material (18Cr2Ni4WA) were analyzed, and the failure mechanism of the running wheel was summarized. According to the failure mechanism, the heat treatment process of 18Cr2Ni4WA is proposed to be improved or the traveling wheel material is replaced. The Cr12MoV with higher strength and wear resistance is selected to improve the service life of the gear wheel.
