我们以前的工作发现,有色金属矿山工人长期吸入含砷粉尘后,砷在肺内排出缓慢大量沉积。这类化合物在肺内是否以惰性不变形式存在,尚不清楚。一、矿工肺内砷的来源及在体内的分布长期吸入含有难溶性砷化物(FeAsO_3·2H_2O,(Cu·Ca)_2OH AsO_41/4H_2O,Pb_5Cl(AsO_4)_3)矿尘的工人肺内沉积大量的砷化物,同时尿,血中砷与正常人并无差异,说明砷化物主要分布在肺内,见表1。
