当前,高职教育快速发展过程中的主要矛盾是人才培养质量与社会需求之间的系统性偏差和结构性矛盾。产生这一矛盾的主要原因是课程问题,从更深层次看,是由高素质技能型人才的培养目标与具有明显学科化倾向的课程模式不协调造成的。采用任务引领驱动手段及“三度”措施进行的课改是提高人才培养质量,为经济社会发展输送高素质、技能型人才的举措,是高职院校面临的重要课题。
At present, the main contradiction in the rapid development of higher vocational education is the systematic deviation and structural contradiction between the quality of personnel training and the needs of the society. The main reason for this contradiction is that the curriculum problems are, at a deeper level, caused by the uncoordinated training objectives of high-quality skilled personnel and the curriculum models that have a clear tendency towards discipline. It is an important issue for vocational colleges to adopt the task-led driving method and the “three-degree” measures for curriculum reform to improve the quality of personnel training and provide high-quality and skilled personnel for economic and social development.
