目的建立偏食及高碘喂养的大鼠动物模型,观察其尿碘的变化规律。方法将SPF/VAF级动物Wistar大鼠随机分8组(每组8只):常规饲料组分为对照组(NC)、10倍碘组(10HI-N)、50倍碘组(50HI-N)、100倍碘组(100HI-N);偏食饲料组也分为对照组(MC)、10倍碘组(10HI-M)、50倍碘组(50HI-M)、100倍碘组(100HI-M),高碘组饮水碘含量(以I-计)分别为1400、7600、15350μg/L,每日总碘摄入量分别为对照组的10、50、100倍。每周称体重,并分别于暴露2、4和6个月测定尿碘。结果与NC组比较,各偏食高碘组体格发育迟滞。常规饲料组和偏食饲料组尿碘均随碘摄入量的增加而明显增加(P<0.01),50HI-M、100HI-M组尿碘分别高于相应常规饲料组(均为P<0.01)。结论偏食高碘大鼠生长和尿碘有明显异常,可作为有效的研究模型。
Objective To establish a rat model of partial eclipse and high iodine feeding to observe the changes of urinary iodine. Methods Wistar rats of SPF / VAF class were randomly divided into 8 groups (8 in each group): the control group (10HI-N), 50HI-N ) And 100-iodine (100HI-N). The partial eclipse feeding group was also divided into control group (MC), 10-iodine group (10HI-M), 50-iodine group -M). The content of iodine in drinking water of high iodine group (respectively, I-meter) was 1400, 7600 and 15350 μg / L, respectively. The total daily iodine intake was 10, 50 and 100 times of that of the control group respectively. Body weight was weighed weekly and urinary iodine was measured at 2, 4, and 6 months of exposure. Results Compared with NC group, the physical development retardation of each partial high iodine group. The urinary iodine contents of both conventional and partial-eaten feed groups increased significantly with the increase of iodine intake (P <0.01), and the urinary iodine contents of 50HI-M and 100HI-M groups were significantly higher than those of the corresponding conventional feed groups (all P <0.01) . Conclusions The growth and urinary iodine in rats with partial eclipse and high iodine have obvious abnormalities and may be used as an effective research model.
