领导决策的多歧性问题主要是决策对象的复杂化、多变性和决策主体选择的标准具有排他性这对矛盾造成的。领导决策的多歧性是客观存在的,它既给决策者正确决断提供了丰富的备选方案,同时也对决策的效率产生了消极影响。坚持决策民主化和科学化的统一,是解决领导决策多歧性矛盾的根本途径。
The multiple issues of leadership decision-making are mainly caused by the contradiction of the complexity of the decision-making objects, the variability and the exclusiveness of the criteria for the choice of decision-making body. Multiplicity of leadership decision-making is an objective reality. It not only provides rich alternatives to the decision makers’ correct decisions, but also has a negative impact on the efficiency of decision-making. Adhering to the democratization of decision-making and the unification of science and science are the fundamental ways to resolve the ambiguity and contradictions in leadership decision-making.
