心肾综合征是指心脏与肾脏均出现功能障碍的疾病,其发病涉及心、肾两脏,由心及肾,或由肾及心,或心肾同病,故治疗时应两者兼顾.目前单纯西医治疗并未取得较好疗效,患者生活质量及临床获益较差.相比之下,中医学从“心肾相关”理论认识心肾同病历史悠久,相关方剂的治疗作用不仅被研究证实,更能在临床上取效.因此,从传统“心肾相关”思路探讨心肾综合征(尤其是Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型)的证治具有十分重要的理论和实践意义.“,”Cardiorenal-syndrome(CRS) is a kind of disease with both heart and kidney dysfunction.The pathology occurs when heart and kidney are impaired successively or simultaneously.The treatment therefore should take the two organs into account.However,Western medicines can not achieve satisfactory efficacy at present,and patients\' quality of life and benefits from current treatments are relatively low.In contrast,Chinese medicine has long-history understanding of heart and kidney dysfunction,and has established the classical theory of “heart associated with kidney”.Moreover,therapeutic effects of related prescriptions have not only been confirmed by modern researches,but also obtained effects in clinical practice.Therefore,it\'s theoretical and clinical importance to discuss and explore the treatment of CRS (especially type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ) with “ heart associated with kidney ” theory.
