分析放射治疗初期对肿瘤患者外周血血象、淋巴细胞转化、染色体畸变和淋巴细胞微核的影响,探讨人体血液中辐射敏感的淋巴细胞在放射治疗最初始阶段的损伤规律。选择进行放射治疗的肿瘤患者,在放射治疗前静脉采血,对外周血象进行上述指标的分析测定,放射治疗第1个疗程结束后,再次采血,重复分析上述指标,治疗前后比较,分析变化规律。结果显示,治疗前后肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞减少(P<0.01),淋巴细胞转化率明显下降(P<0.01),染色体畸变率明显增加(P<0.01),淋巴细胞微核率明显增加(P<0.01)。提示,放射治疗对肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞的早期辐射损伤较明显。
To analyze the influence of radiotherapy on peripheral blood hemogram, lymphocyte transformation, chromosomal aberration and lymphocyte micronucleus in the early stage of radiotherapy and to explore the damage rules of the radiation-sensitive lymphocytes in human blood in the initial stage of radiotherapy. Select the patients with radiotherapy of cancer, vein blood before radiotherapy, the peripheral blood as the above indicators analysis and determination of the first course of radiation therapy after the reabsorption of blood, repeated analysis of the above indicators before and after treatment, analysis of changes in law. The results showed that peripheral blood lymphocytes decreased (P <0.01), lymphocyte transformation rate (P <0.01), chromosome aberration rate increased significantly (P <0.01) and lymphocyte micronucleus rate increased significantly (P <0.01). Tip, radiation treatment of peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with early radiation damage more obvious.
