属地化改革标志着航空业进入了新的发展阶段。运用DEA方法对我国30家民用机场的效率进行评估后发现,2006年以来我国机场效率明显提高,但是总体运营仍是无效的。对于不同管理形式、融资方式和企业规模的机场来说,其无效的原因和效率优化路径并不相同。这将影响我国航空业进一步改革的方向和相关政策的制定。
Localization marks the airline industry has entered a new stage of development. Using the DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of 30 civil airports in China, it is found that the efficiency of airports in China has obviously increased since 2006, but the overall operation is still ineffective. For different forms of management, financing and business-scale airports, the reason for its ineffectiveness and efficiency optimization path are not the same. This will affect the direction of the further reform of China’s aviation industry and the formulation of relevant policies.
