目的探讨转bar基因耐草胺膦油菜对五指山小型猪的亚急性经口毒性效应,为确定人类食用安全剂量提供参考依据。方法分别用含10%转bar基因耐草胺膦油菜籽饲料、含10%亲本对照油菜籽饲料、常规基础饲料连续喂饲五指山小型猪30 d,观察动物一般行为表现、毒性表现和死亡情况,记录生长发育指标,检测实验前、后血常规7项、血生化12项指标,测定各主要脏器湿重及其脏器系数,并进行病理组织学检查。结果实验期间各组动物进食正常,活动自如,鼻、眼、口腔无异常分泌物,未出现生病或死亡。与对照组相比,转基因组和亲本组动物的体重、体长、体高、胸围均未见异常改变;血液学指标、血生化指标以及各主要脏器湿重及其脏器系数均未见有生物学意义的改变;大体解剖观察未见异常,各主要组织病理学检查未见明显改变。结论用含转bar基因耐草胺膦油菜及亲本对照油菜的饲料喂饲小型猪,未见其对动物产生亚急性毒性反应。
Objective To investigate the subacute oral toxicity of bar transgenic herbicide phosphinothricin (RAPD) to Wuzhishan miniature pigs and to provide a reference for the determination of safe dosage for human consumption. Methods with 10% bar gene resistant to glufosinate rapeseed feed containing 10% rapeseed parental control feed, a conventional basal diet fed continuously Wuzhishan pig 30 d, animals generally observed behavior, the performance of toxicity and death, The indexes of growth and development were recorded. Seven items of blood routine and 12 items of blood biochemistry were detected before and after the experiment. The wet weight and organ coefficient of each major organ were measured and histopathological examination was performed. Results During the experiment, the animals in each group were fed normally and freely. No abnormal secretion was found in the nose, eyes and oral cavity, and no illness or death occurred. Compared with the control group, and the group of the parent transgenic animals body weight, body length, body height, chest circumference were no abnormal changes; Hematology, blood biochemistry and the main organs and organ wet weight coefficients have no Biological significance of changes; general anatomy observed no abnormalities, the major histopathological examination showed no significant change. Conclusion The miniature pigs were fed with the feed containing transgenic barnase resistant phosphinothricin phospholipids and their parental rapeseed. No subacute toxic effects on the animals were observed.
