5 氟尿嘧啶 (5 FU)对肿瘤患者应用广泛 ,疗效较显著 ,但有时会发生严重的毒副作用甚至死亡 ,如能在用药前预测毒副作用的发生 ,将给患者带来福音。本文主要介绍了有关 5 FU的代谢过程、二氢嘧啶脱氢酶的作用机制、二氢嘧啶脱氢酶基因的结构及研究进展 ,并讨论了预测 5 FU毒副作用的手段 ,其中主要强调了利用基因手段来进行检测 ,同时指出了该手段目前存在的问题及前景。
5-fluorouracil (5 FU) is widely used in patients with cancer, the effect is more obvious, but sometimes serious side effects or even death, such as in the medication before the prediction of toxic side effects, will bring good news to patients. This article mainly introduces the metabolic process of 5 FU, the mechanism of dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase, the structure and research progress of dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase gene, and discusses the means of predicting side effects of 5 FU, which mainly emphasizes the use of Genetic means to detect, at the same time pointed out that the means of existing problems and prospects.
